This milestone development has been warmly welcomed by customers, who appreciate the time savings, efficiencies, and enhanced security brought by this automation. Simplified Processes: Simplify accounting processes, making them faster and more secure. Ensure seamless payment processing, automated payment posting, and uninterrupted bank reconciliations. Seamless Integration: Minimize human intervention and manual entry, avoiding redundant data entry and preventing invalid user input. Advanced RecXpress: Allow for the retrieval of provisional bank statements daily, hourly, or within minutes. An automated timer fetches statements from all bank accounts for reconciliation, updating customer accounts at selected intervals. Enhanced EFTXpress: Upload EFT payments directly to the bank without logging into individual accounts. The new EFT timer feature automates response file checks, posts multiple EFT batches simultaneously, and sets time intervals for auto posting. Hotfixes Available for Versions 2022, 2023 and 2024

New hotfixes have been made available for the 2022 and 2023 versions of Cashbook and RecXpress for Bank Services. A hotfix for the 2024 version of RecXpress for Bank Services is also available.

Please ensure you have the latest hotfix installed by checking our Product Version Compatibility list.
